Founder and Head Chef

With over 30 years of exeperience in catering founder and head chef Justin Lowe has built a fabulous array of skills transferring from high class gourmet dining to serving quality street food at events across the UK. Since the creation of The Gourmet Chef Justin’s priorities have remained the same. His methodology is to ensure he and his team build up a relationship with clients and ensure the essence of the day is captured.

Caroline Laughton
Operations Director

Operations Director, Caroline Laughton, joined forces with Justin after they worked together on three events and realised they shared the same goals to provide an outstanding service. Caroline’s experience in Event Management and Administration gained in London, in both corporate and private environments, provide the backbone to enable The Gourmet Chef to manage events as well as provide the catering. Caroline will guide you throughout the entire process providing knowledge , guidance and responses to all enquiries.
