Our venue is family run, bookings are limited to twelve couples per year, and one per weekend.

Our Ceremonies license is outside at the Greek Loggia, part of eleven acres of beautiful grounds incorporating formal gardens, sweeping lawns, the temple and zen pond. Receptions in the rustic and quirky Stables include the Courtyard and Quadrangle, or a marquee or tipi tent reception on the Croquet Lawn makes the most of the panoramic views.

The Passmore family have been farming for 5 generations since 1901 in Coombes, near Lancing. Church Farm itself is a fully working farm set in 1000 acres or 420 hectares within the beautiful South Downs in West Sussex.

Hire Coombes Barn for your wedding, which includes “The Spotted Cow” bar. The barn is a blank canvas and you have it for 2 1/2 days giving you plenty of time to decorate it and get ready. A company will put up marquee linings in the barn for a really special atmosphere. The camping field is very popular too.

Fitzleroi Barn is a wedding venue nestled among the rolling countryside and farmland of West Sussex, within the South Downs National Park.

The Barn itself was built over 400 years ago. Its magnificent oak-framed structure and white washed interior still stands proudly on the hill above the village of Fittleworth. Newtimber Place is a Sussex moated manor house near Poynings, West Sussex, built of flint and brick with a roof of Horsham stone. It is set in
magnificent gardens with a Georgian dovecote and the moat which is fed by natural springs, is 50 foot wide in places.

The owners have kindly agreed to open this fairy tale setting for a limited number of marquee events in the garden during the summer months and allow year round use of their function room with terrace overlooking the moat. With pretty white bridges crossing the moat full of water lilies, you have the opportunity to create the most exquisite wedding photo album.

Accommodation is also available in three holiday cottages, for up to 4 or 6 people in each cottage.

Pre-booked guided tours of the house are also available and include the hall, dining room, drawing room and library. With spectacular views over the South Downs National Park, The Field @ Findon is an idyllic setting in which to create your perfect party. Without the restrictions of a fixed structure you have the freedom of the field in which to set up a marquee event with the option of onsite camping.
