Pan roasted duck breast in a hoisin and sticky plum sauce with pak choi, sticky rice and pickled vegetables

The Gourmet Chef Roast Meat Board
Your choice of roast joint served and carved at the table by a guest you have nominated.
Each carver will be given a carving knife, hat and apron and board with their chosen meat
The table will be served with dishes of Yorkshire pudding, duck fat roasted potatoes, roasted vegetables and
jugs of roasting gravy

Scottish salmon fillet
Teriyaki oven roasted salmon with a spring onion potato cake and wilted spinach and samphire

Vegetable tian
Layers of eggplant, roasted peppers, tomatoes and goats cheese with chilli jam
and a rocket, pomegranate and toasted hazelnut salad
